Left 9 MESSAGES & NEVER ONCE GOT A CALL BACK. I called my bank, was told that Aquarius was responsible so I called Aquarius hotel credits. Then fast forward to a month later & I'm getting a bill from my credit card that Aquarius has charged me $230. The front desk guy said, 'no worries you're in luck, the river view rooms are available & you don't have any extra charges.
Told the guy at the front desk to forget the river views because I didn't want to pay any extra charges. Ok a month later we arrived to the front desk. And that I would be charged $35 extra for the views. Was told 'maybe' & that I would find out once I arrived a month later. First when I booked 2 rooms I asked if river views were available. Worst management is at the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin NV.
